The National Black Growers Council will launch Phase II of the NBGC Advancing Regenerative Agriculture & Marketing Opportunity program. Eligible row crop producers in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Virginia who did not enroll in Phase I in 2024 can apply for support to strengthen their operations and build long-term farm resilience.

The program supports practical conservation practices that improve soil health, water management, productivity, and access to financial and technical assistance.
