The NBGC collaborates with its sustaining members, 1890 land grant institutions, United States Department of Agriculture, other grower associations and members of the agri-business community. As a result, the NBGC has been extremely effective in not only working to achieve its mission, but also the promotion of production agriculture and the greater agriculture industry as a viable career option to the minority youth.
